After many trial runs in his home kitchen, Harry finally nailed it. That perfect flavor hit, and with a big grin and a wooden spoon in hand, he hollered…“Hallelujah!” That moment sealed it. The name stuck, and so did the flavor.  That’s how Hallelujah Harry’s Salsa was born.

Meet Harry - a proud Vietnam Veteran and Western North Carolina local with a love for cooking and a gift for great flavor. What started as a weekend hobby turned into a community favorite, and now, Hallelujah Harry’s Salsa is ready for tables across the country. Every jar carries a little bit of Harry’s story, his patriotism, and his passion for good food shared with good folks.

Created by Harry Womack, an Army Veteran of the Vietnam War and a lifelong food enthusiast raised in Texas. This Bold and Flavorful Salsa is the result of perfecting a recipe that brings together subtle smokiness, just the amount of spice, and genuine Southern Character. Now, Semi - retired from the motorhome industry, Harry lives with his wife Deb and their two Bichons in Maggie Valley, NC. This area inspires Harry to continue his passion for cooking to grow. His salsa has already found its way into several stores and is quickly earning a loyal following.

    Hi, I’m Harry’s main chef… and today we’re making the one and only Hallelujah Harry’s Mexican Shrimp

    EASY SHREDDED CHICKEN TACOS

    4 Chicken Boneless Breasts, Place in crockpot. 1 Jar of Hallelujah Harry's Salsa, 1 jar of water, 1/2 envelope taco seasoning. Cook on high for about and hour and then on low for the rest of the day. When you get home, place the Chicken in a bowl and use two forks to shred the chicken. Slice one Yellow and one Orange Bell Pepper. Now slice up on yellow onion. I use my Blackstone but a frying pan is fine. Sauté your veggies, add some salt and pepper; some tequila lime seasoning until Veggies are
